Navitos was absolutely top notch, and made what can be a stressful experience (renting a vehicle in a foreign country) absolutely painless, efficient, and zero surprises from what was quoted. Bryan met us at the airport upon arrival, and drove us back to the Navitos office (about 10min from airport) to fill out required paper work to get us rolling! Bryan was super friendly, and very helpful if we had any questions. After completing paper work, and paying the exact amount we were previously quoted, we were on our way! Dropping the vehicle off was just as easy and painless. Could not recommend Navitos and Bryan enough! Pura Vida!

Bryan with Nativos Rent-A-Car was extremely patient and helpful. The price was extremely affordable with insurance and the vehicle was clean upon arrival. They were communicative throughout the entire process and were ready to explain anything I had questions about. The vehicle had functioning AC, Car Play, and got us through all the hills in Costa Rica no problem. We had a great experience from the beginning to end! Thank you Bryan and Nativos Car Rental for an unforgettable time. I think renting a car from a local car rental company is the way to go!
