I have rented cars before from the typical US name brand companies in Costa Rica before and had the typical experience with "off airport" locations. Contact and rental information with Anibal was great, what I did not expect was to have the car waiting for me at the airport when we cleared customs. Bryan met us and we completed all paperwork at the vehicle and off we went. Bryan met us again at the airport when we dropped the vehicle off at the end of our vacation. I would highly recommend Nativos to anyone. Also I would recommend using the messaging app "WhatsApp" for communication, simple and easy.
