Nativos is my go-to car rental company when I'm in Costa Rica. Their service is top notch - super responsive, always address any issues that come up right away, willing to work with you in terms of drop and pick-up, and genuinely nice people. They make my travels in CR seamless and easy, and I'm super thankful I found them and will continue to use them anytime I'm in the country.

We have been renting an SUV from Nativos every January for three years, and from Anibal (the Liberia rep for Nativos) for several years before. Our experience has been excellent. The cars are always ready, clean, and in good shape. When we had any issues, Anibal has always solved them very quickly. The prices are always as good, or lower, than competing companies for the same quality car. Additionally, they lay out the charges at the time of booking, and do not surprise you with"additional" charges when you arrive. We have also had a couple of minor accidents (e..g. bumper damage, by trying to cross a shallow river, with a steep bank), and they were very fair in their repair charges. We have nothing but good things to say about Nativos and Anibal, and very highly recommend using them in Liberia, Costa Rica.
